mmmm…pancakes

I made this pancakes earlier in the year and it’s hands down one of my favorite pancake recipes. I used fresh blackberries instead of blueberries because I had fresh berries in my backyard. It’s simple and quick :)

1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

2 cups plain full-fat soy milk, rice milk, or almond milk

Canola oil for cooking

1 cup (1/2 pint) fresh blueberries or frozen, unthawed, plus 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries for serving

Maple syrup for serving
